wellness coach as well ,certified from the \"ICF\" international coaching federation USA.<br \/>I have been working in both fields for 4 years.<br \/><strong>I provide my services to my clients\/ patients in different ways either in my clinic or online as:<\/strong><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: left\"><li>One to one sessions.<\/li><li>Workshops and lectures.<\/li><li>Group coaching\/ therapy.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: left\">My goal is to improve people's both quality of mental health and lifestyle aiming for helping them live Their own lives in the best possible way even with whatever stresses and obstacles they might face.<br \/>As a health and wellness coach I do work on the pillars of wellness for example nutrition, connections and communication, emotions, stress management , sleeping problems ... etc.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left\">While as a mental health physician i do believe strongly in the power of psychotherapy so i studied and specialized in several schools of therapy like DBT &amp;
